About Mountain Legacy |

Mountain Legacy is a non-governmental organization (NG0 reg. #1018/060-61) based in Nepal and dedicated to the cultural and natural conservation of mountainous regions.
In 2003 Mountain Legacy was initiated by unanimous resolution of the Namche Conference: Parks, People and Mountain Tourism, an international conference organized by Bridges-PRTD with the collaboration of Himalayan Journal of Sciences (HJS) and the Himalayan Association for the Advancement of Science (HimAAS).
